Supervision / Inspection
- All inspectors/ supervisors will be dressed in full uniform whilst on duty.
- Inspectors/ supervisor will attend incidents on the sites allocated to their area.
- Inspectors/ supervisors are to visit clients on daily basis to ensure that all problems are
attended to immediately and to maintain a strong lasting relationship between the client
and PCM AND Z Trading Enterprise. - Inspector/ supervisor to ensure that all sites are properly manned as per site requirement.
- Inspector/ supervisor to report any incident/shortage happening on site to the control room.
- To ensure that all equipment on the site are working properly.
- Our inspection/supervisory goal include the regulation and visiting of guards thereby
ensuring impromptu visiting of guards thereby ensuring they are armlet and avoiding
complacency. - Manager and Director Carry out any nature is maximum 30 minites reaction time may
delay due to adverse weather condition and traffic.
