AREA MANAGERS

• Area Manager must visit the site under their control at least once a week.
• Area Manager to ensure that they have constant contact with client and address any
  incident reported immediately.
• Area Manager to ensure correct job description are drawn up for each site and that
  security officers are complying with their duties.
• Area Manager to ensure that each site have the correct amount of Security Officers
  posted as per site requirement and that the caliber of Security Officer is what the client
  wants.
• Area Manger to ensure smooth running of all site under their control.
• Are Manager will constantly re-evaluate the security requirement of each site and make
  written suggestion to the client to upgrade the security.
• Area Manager will attend all incidents immediately in the area.
• Written reports by Area Manager will be made to each client regarding the incident that
  has occurs on their premises.
• Area Manager to ensure supervisors/ inspector for the area are conducting their visit
  to his/ her satisfactory.
• Area Manager to be available Monday to Sunday to attend any serious incident in
  his/her area.

OPERATIONAL MANAGERS

• Operational Manager will oversee the entire security operation for PCM AND Z Trading
  Enterprise.
• The Operational Manager will conduct client visit on monthly basics.
• The Operational Manager will ensure that the area Manager conducts their visit to
  client’s satisfaction.
• The Operational Manager will inspect each and every site to see if the Area Manager
  are complying with rules and regulation of the clients and company. The Operational
  Manager will attend any serious incident and ensure that the client receive a full report
  of the incident.
• The Operational Manager will compile a Job Description or Risk Assessment requested
  by the client.
• The Operational Manager will ensure that all rules and regulations pertaining to
• PCM AND Z Trading Enterprise and the client will be complied with.
• Area Manager will ensure that all resources requested by client will be available to the
  site and all instruction is obeyed by employees under his/her control.

• Conduct risk analysis and evacuate security technology effectiveness.
• Evaluate security procedures, determine staff complements and functions of personal
